Due to YouCaring is stopping acceptance of donations come July 15; I have created a gofundme, as I am far from my goal. While the blurb is the same, the fact of the matter is I am in definite need of funds for my recovery time; whenever that will be.
I now have an appointment on Monday, July 16th, and will hopefully get an update on what are my next steps regarding my surgery. Please share and reblog, this post. And I do sincerely appreciate any donation, no matter how small– because really, there’s no such thing as a donation too-small.
My appointment went well! And now the next steps are for my doc to send a referral to Montreal. Once o get a certain package, and get it filled and sent back, I will get a date.
Problem is, though I will be in Montreal for 4 days, recovery takes weeks. I rent an apartment where with insurance costs, is 787. After bills, it’s about 1600.
Please help
EDIT: Okay– so it was brought to my attention that gofundme has a 5 dollar minimum. Which, I wasn’t aware about.. (I don’t recall seeing it anywhere as a stipulation). I understand that that five dollars can really break a person’s bank.
