My parents’ house has a small door in the back of the closet of my old bedroom. Inside is a burnt crawl space full of charred furniture (including a set of dresser drawers). The wall & door must have been built after the furniture was put there, but on the opposite side of my closet wall is the bathroom. On the adjoining wall is the exterior of the house. I cannot figure out where this space exists.
