There needs to be better mental health care. Like people act like anxiety and depression are just some feelings you gotta push through and be a real man about but I swear to fucking God I’ve had anxiety since I was ten and when I was fucking sixteen I had to go to a&e coz I was having Coronary Artery Spasms. Ya know why? Because I was so stressed and so anxious and so tired and I had been for so long that my heart couldn’t take it. You think I want that? You think I wouldn’t just push through that if I could have? Anxiety is as much physical as it is mental and so’s every other mental illness. Stop acting like it isn’t real just because you can’t spot it on an x-ray
